Check In / Check Out

    Check-in: 4:00 PM

    •    Check-out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

  • Moderate policy structure:

    • 100% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival

    • 50% refund for cancellations made 14–30 days before arrival

    • No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

Taxes

  • Palm Beach tax: 6.5%

  • Tourist/development tax: 6%

Cleaning Fee

  • Standard cleaning fee: $80
